Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please open a MyLife Help Desk ticket or email info@mylife.net to initiate a return and/or request a refund.

2. If there was no return address on your packing slip, mail your returned item to:

       MyLife Fulfillment Center
       Attn: Product Returns

       Rochester, NY 14621

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include: MyLifestyle products, MyBeauty Products, MyJava, MyAloeSource, MyRemedy, MyGrowMax, MyGreen Products, and any nutrition supplements.

Closeout products can only be exchanged if damaged or defective due to special pricing.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges:
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Autoships & Autocarts require a 3 month commitment to take advantage of the discounted prices, as stated on the order pages and therefore carry a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the price of the item for 1 month.

Signup fees and welcome kit purchases have a strict 10 day cancellation and refund policy. This is in alignment with our industry leading quick payout of 10 days for signup bonuses and therefore is non-negotiable.

Online services must be cancelled prior to their due date for a refund as we pay third party companies for some services and cannot reverse those transactions with them once the due date has passed.

All recurring charges that have been subscribed to and have met the minimum requirements can be canceled by the customer themselves, directly on the billing page at their own leisure or a help desk ticket can be submitted by the customer to authorize us to cancel it for them.

MyLife TV Service:
In addition to the terms described above, MyLife TV subscriptions will be refunded as follows:
If service is cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial service order date, a $15 service fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
If service is cancelled after thirty (30) days of initial service order date, a $15 service fee, plus $1 per day since the most recent renewal payment will be deducted from any refund issued.
